PROCEDURE FOR SUBMITTING COMPLAINTS

As the State Government is to assign cases to ACB, complaints should be submitted to the Secretary, P&AR Deptt., Government of West Bengal, Nabanna, Howrah. However, if any public servant under the administrative control of the State Govt. is demanding bribe for official work, there is a procedure to catch him red handed. For this, SP or any other senior officer in ACB at New Secretariat Building may be approached directly for prompt action.
